AMZG 10K extension filed

They just announced that they are filing an extension to March 31, 2015 for filing their 10K form, annual report.

It is not a good sign. I assume AMZG wants or needs more time due to trying to renegotiate the terms of the bonds. Hopefully, the worst that will happen is a little dilution and oil prices start to rise. The only problem with that is that the media keeps running reports that oil storage space is starting to run out.
