I bought shares in this five years ago, I think, back when I knew nothing about the OTC. I paid about 5 or 6 cents. Believe it or not I still have a few shares in an IRA account.
They were an oil exploration company that were just taken over by new management (5 years ago). Supposedly they had a technology that allowed them to easily tap into oil wells that had been closed for a while and get enough barrels of oil out to make them profitable. They had a couple of wells pumping and supposedly they were leasing new wells. Everything just started to slow down and nothing they promised seemed to happen.....eventually we got to where we are today.
