People (smart or not so smart) are aware that the ITC B&N ruling was based on a ITC claim construction. The NDOC precedence win over HTC (same chips as B&N) has had Judge Grewal´s NDOC claim contruction which was very different to ITC....
So, can we expect Judge Grewal to rule ("Kessler Doctrine") pro B&N and against his own claim construction and HTC ruling...? I doubt it.
