Why would any company buy an MMP license when U are about to have the ITC judgment of non infringement end any chance of legal leverage in the federal district court? Once you cannot sue any company for infringement why would they pay? The answer is they would not. If Barnes & Nobel happen to lose this motion to dismiss the case on March 17th expect them to appeal it. This will eat up 6 months to a year before an appeal is heard. Heck it will take months just to get a ruling on the motion! I am just trying 2 help U out when I say it is not worth the risk. You win the motion and the stock goes up a 1c you lose and it goes down to sub 1c! Sell now my friends!
