She's wound up about as tight as she can be. Deductive reasoning says there has been no dilution here. Up 33% on 45k volume says it all. Just waiting on a trigger. If they do decide to dilute to raise capital, they will pump the hell out of it first, and then weeeeeeeee - back up we go. The trick will be knowing when to push the sell button before the wind leaves the sails. It's nice to see folks holding firm at this level. Good spring board. ARTR
