a scam would suggest that the company
is taking advantage and dumping into the bid. this clearly is not the case here. the company could have unloaded tens,even hundreds of millions of 3's 2's even 1's at any time recently but have not. if you wanna see what a REAL share dumping scam looks like check out azf# or elr# or sut#....those are textbook. GRDO is just trying to put a plan together without fleecing the share holders.....catches you off guard sometimes!
btw,since new mgt.i don't believe they have popped up on pumps and dumps either. can't say that about many pinkies.
