I did a Google for myself to learn about thin trading.

But it appears that someone is using this current BORK thin'ness to keep the pps from falling from the one cent level to recent lows of $0.003 that held prior to recent news of John Bourque seemingly being release towards freedom.

I did also notice a few times the Ask was "up there" to like $0.0125 but so far I think one cents was the highest on market close.

(finance, stock market) The characteristic of lower trading frequency, commonly observed with lesser known companies and firms listed on the market. It often suggests higher level of investment opportunity and risk for investors, less transparency and less public information.

A market with a low number of buyers and sellers. Since few transactions take place in a thin market, prices are often more volatile and assets are less liquid. The low number of bids and asks will also typically result in a larger spread between the two quotes.
