Here's proof of insiders sales.
Its not termed or listed as insider sales, but Jim C. Vowler is selling UPZS stock just the same, and will put cash in his personal pockets just the same.

Well where did this cash come from ?
Simple, see (item one) below from page 21 of this Quarterly report.

(Item one)
Page 21 says: "Overall, we have funded ALL our cash needs FROM INCEPTION through Sept 30,2014 with proceeds from issuance of our COMMON STOCK ."
(Item two)
Page 21 also says: "There were NO cash flow from investing activities for the 9 months ended Sept. 30, 2014."

(Item 3)
Page 21: "Cash flows from financing activities were $176,597 received from investors (yea,IMO, you & me. see item one for proof) during months ended sept 30 2014."

"Net cash used in operating activities were $170,779 ."

HEy, JIm C. Vowler pays no income tax on the money he gets from selling UPZS stock.

Look at (item 4)
Page 18 says: 2013/2014 Income tax = $0
2013/2014 interest = ----- $0

Remember folks, Jim C. Vowler says in HIS Quarterly Report that this has been going on since INCEPTION . I repeat since INCEPTION !!!!!!!!
So IMO, Jim has been doing this so long and it seems from documented history that Jim feels this has been working so well, so that IMO, we will not see anything change other than the PR's that NEVER show ANY results, (That stopped in end of Aug and he started "Tweeting" , IMO cuz "Tweets" are not recorded in UPZS history)

So IMO folks, get ready for.......................NOTHING as always .
