But the bid is so low that people who sell into it will basically come out with a fraction of what they put in. They aren't selling because they believe in what harp and VRCI are doing, they are selling because they don't want to lose the money they are negative in their accounts with. People are waiting to get out at a higher price so they can at least get back their losses, just my opinion of course. Selling at .20 or .25 doesn't even come close to the PPS this was at before, it would be a huge loss for some.
