Nasdaq, if we use the independent valuation which was conducted last fall of .40, 2.10, and 2.75 at the full issued share count of 995,000,000, simple math says the company's valuation is higher with the current 618,411,984 shares issued.

The table below shows elites valuation at current, a 75% and 100% issued share count.

Multiple ART product launches would make Elites valuation much higher.
