99.99% of pinkies - wait - 100% of pinkies who have "going concern" statements are SCAMS, and anyone with half a brain knows it.

Maybe 100% are scams period. Probably.

So enough people have to believe there will be enough people to throw money at the scam that the first batch can rob the second batch before the second batch figures out there ain't no third batch.

In the case of Makmann and Purdon, everyone should know by know there's only one batch, and it's the original scammers and their toxic financiers only.
