How is IMM going to DUMP AXLX shares when there are no buyers?

7.10 Post-Closing Obligations: Distribution of Escrow Shares by IMM. IMM will sell enough AXLX stock to payoff, firstly, any existing secured notes, secondly any business expense arising from the management of the Escrow Shares, and finally any and all of the outstanding unsecured promissory notes.
