anyone believe a word out of Bills mouth

Why would anyone believe a word out of Bill's mouth? Because capitalism is better than socialism, and compounding growth produces more wealth for everyone than compounding shrinkage does.

Read my previous Sticky Note:

"an illegal distribution and securities fraud"

If there honestly are CBD products as Bill reaffirmed in this YouTube video today, and if he resolves the ADIA problem soon so that he has not simply stolen the probiotics product and hijacked my public startup company, then show us the "false" part of the past press releases.

There haven't been television commercials (yet) as promised. I still see false promises, just as you do, but can you show a single broken promise other than the ones that might still be work-in-progress?

Bill has a lot to answer for, and he must take care of business honestly and without switching from one fraudulent scheme (toxic convertible debt financing) to another fraudulent scheme (toxic convertible preferred securities). I am willing to believe and to be patient, provided that Bill is doing and saying the right things and provided that he never again involves people like Dick Weed and Curt Kramer behind-the-scenes.

There's simply no reason to presume Bill will always commit fraud, even if he IS guilty of participating in fraud previously. That's the investment risk here and I think it has been fully-disclosed. Do you have information to the contrary?

As soon as Bill explains precisely how he expects to be able to achieve LVVV's business objectives in Management Discussion and Analysis, as required by the spirit if not the letter of federal securities regulations, then we'll see whether there is a path forward that will not involve a fraudulent scheme and deceptions using the Preferred shares.
