I'd suggest that he intends to sell some shares, pay off liens and make another run on folks who will buy anything that sounds like it might be something. HLNT may run again on hot air and be another cash cow for the prudent. All you have to do is survive the RS. I mean, no one really expects any real asset value here! LOL

Yes - reinstated as an Idaho Corp and Paracorp in Boise is the Registered Agent (confirmed).

However, the State of Arkansas has 4 Liens in place against Highline for a total of $32,093.50. (WA County AR Court Records)

I have no idea as to what Mr Coats is planning to do. The Idaho
reinstatement was done at very low cost. GL imin.
