Molecular Recognition Technology (MRT) @ Ucore

At the recent PDAC meeting in Toronto there was a paper presented (03/02/2015) about the process proposed for use at Ucore to separate the various REE's. Below is a link to a presentation about MRT

It is a nice presentation. A series of questions are presented, click on the "+" box will display the answer.

Ucore web site include the following two news releases. Very encouraging.

Thinking out loud: Possible lead time reduction activity. I wonder if the complete processing facility could be built on a barge and then towed to the site where a special mooring has been built. Possibly attach to the earth and back filled around it. Think of the " Mulberry Harbour" design with concrete barges for the invasion of France in WW II. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mulberry_harbour
