it would be more idiotic to over look the potential here. we're looking at dealing with small oil producers,a multitude just in the US, and affording a cost effective way of extracting remaining oil from existing wells.way cheaper than new drilling and contrary to popular belief the price per barrel can go pretty low and still return a profit. win win!...keep an eye on those decimals,the zero's could be shifting position soon! :)
