which does leave only a tad above 5M shares of the Outstanding being in the trading Float, and yes it's been lock up for a while, last year this time about 15M were in the Trading float and 10M of that has been re-bought by Sileas, their holding of the Outstanding has grown to over 152M Common Shares, and their cost, from .01" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >insert-text-here for Options and anyone liking to sell down here, then there's about 102M plus that they gave .108 a shares and then Danny and Karen bought some .15 Options in 2010 - OPXS is locked down with US and US are ready to move with Sileas, ODD dog out is ALPHA and he has 7.4% which is included in the 97.05% total but he has about 12,654,000 shares at .01 - OPXS is wound tight to say the least - go OPXS
