The district court case will be DISMISSED next week on the 17th. in likelihood my friends. PTSC stands little chance as the ITC ruling is what is known as "legal precedent" (look it up the term). If a company has been found NOT to infringe in a legal US court of law, the ITC in this case, then they cannot be tried again. Barnes & Noble was already found NOT TO INFRINGE ON PTSC/TPLs patents. It is kind of like the concept of double jeopardy in criminal cases. Once this case is dismissed, my friends, the stock will plummet in value. I doubt you could even sell your shares as there will be no demand for a worthless stock. The chances of the ruling going against U R quite large. I would sell my shares if I were you just to be on the safe side. Its not like there is any demand that will raise the price if U buy back in after the ruling. Just trying to help you folks out of a bad situation.
