Not sure how long you've been in this stock but they've fallen behind numerous times as became current again. The CEO is not worried about the growth of the stock price. I also highly doubt the company is buying anything back.

The share holders were used to raise capital at first. Now that the CEO has our money he could care less if we see any kind of return.

That's the way it goes in the pinks. Companies are coming on to the market to raise money for expansion via share holders. Only very few actually care to grow enough to repay their investors. This CEO is not one of them.
