The "trial" is simply a mechanism for Dr. Stanislaw "Evil" Burzynski to siphon the bank accounts of cancer sufferers and their families into his own pockets as they die with the false hope he uses to extort their money, and will never be complete.

Well, not until Old Nick comes to claim Burzynski and subject him to an eternity in Hell, anyway, a day that simply can't come too soon.
