OREX in much bigger trouble than "data might not be reliable" - they released 25% interim results to over 100 people, including the BOD and investment bankers (?!?!) - FDA is the least of their worries, the SEC is who they should fear. LIGHT trial is trashed, unusable, a totally new study must be done. FDA has the power to pull the drug, but I doubt they go that far unless they want to make OREX a precedent setting case for punishment upon illegal release of trial results.
