per the latest qrtly report..

the a/s is over 5 billion....

Common stock, $.001 par value, 5,112,861,525 shares authorized; 123,986,472 and 104,085,210 shares issued and outstanding, as of October 31, 2014 and January 31, 2014, respectively

it boggles my mind why the pr company hasn't reduce the a/s....

i have begged mgmt to do so.... but have yet to hear anything...

it would be an EASY first small step to repair the share price

due to the damage done by dilution...

reduce the a/s from 5.1 billion to 250 million

what are they waiting for ?????
