The price is much cheaper because they robbed shareholders of their ownership through a 5000/1 RS after issuing PR's about a share buyback.

You might make money on quick trades but I would not hold overnight.

These guys don't care about share structure, they've done this before. They can make a ton of money selling much lower than this, printing shares is free.
