Hey Tesarski...You claim the deal closed 8 days ago... 8-k's are due within 4 days of the EVENT... Not when you all have the paperwork and paperwork one would think you would have BEFORE the deal was signed... Do you guys regularly make deals without all the important info and info you claim is worthy of an 8-k ???
