Solid post and I agree 100%. It should be noted that Nasrat hired Dr. Smith and IP lawyer who worked at Alpharma. Alpharma was bought out by King in part for their intellectual property rights regarding abuse deterrent technology- the same technology and IP that Pfizer owns- and King (who Nasrat also worked for) was bought out by Pfizer.

What are the chances that Elite & Nasrat follow in line with Nasrat's previous company Alpharma & King- I'd say 155 million shares worth!
