I know many low floater which never diluted their shareholders.
But i never see these people in the true low floater. I wonder why if they all love these low floater. ;)

They pick the dilution stocks(after a reverse split for example) or stocks with insider dumping, and then they pump it with outdated share structure or wrong float.

In real low float stocks they could never buy a large position and they never buy because there is no liquidity!

Agree, without a new business and updates, TBSS(E) is done. Sherry is very slow with everything, over one year no news about her plans, no financials, no updates of otcmarkets.com company profile.

It could take months or year(s) until there is a decision with the 40m shares. This is the last reason to buy shares. If i read some posts it sounds like Spinelli will buy next week 40m shares back. lol
