We will be changing the name of our Company, effective on March 9th, 2015, to SolarWindow Technologies, Inc. This name change and new corporate identity aligns our corporate brand with our core flagship SolarWindow™ technologies.

In connection with the name change, we filed documentation with the SEC and FINRA to change our OTCQB ticker symbol from “NENE” to “SOLW,” which is still pending final approval. This change will take place automatically with FINRA and the SEC when processed and all documents verified by these agencies on the effective date. Outstanding stock certificates representing shares of the Company’s common stock will continue to be valid and will simply be traded under the new ticker symbol after the effective date of March 9, 2015.

In addition, our Company’s common stock has been assigned a new CUSIP number of 83417L 106.

Please note: FINRA will apply a temporary ‘D’ to the end of the new ticker symbol for 20 days after the business name has changed on the effective date. You will see it as ‘SOLW.D’ for this period of 20 days and then it will revert to ‘SOLW’.
