Call a lumber yard and ask how much a 6x6 x 8' post cost, even a volume purchase straight from the mill is very expensive and consider having it shipped from Redding, CA to the mine

Forget a mill they would be quite cheap in comparison. We will go to retail pricing...

From Lowes.. this is over 2x the cost from other locations so we are over pricing

#2 Pressure Treated Lumber (Common: 6-in x 6-in x 8-ft; Actual: 5-1/2-in x 5-1/2-in x 8-ft)

$24.57

Most of the lumber purchased was either 6x6x6 ft long (18 board foot)

We are also going to use the 6x6x6 board foot number sice this will also over estimate the quantity needed.

1 6x6x6 is 18 board feet.
The company said 60000 board feet.

That would be 3333 boards 6x6x6ft.

At 25 bucks a piece RETAIL is $83,000

That is all.

Where is the rest of the $2,000,000

And shipping.... really?

OK we will just charge them 5 times the cost of the lumber to ship it.
$416,000

Only $1,584,000 to go and we are ridiculously inflating costs here.

PL ripped the shareholders off and fooled people into thinking 60K board feet was a complete rehab.

Let me ask you this....You went there.

Why did we need a raise to get to the black channel?

I understand for making ore removal more efficient it makes sense. But we were told that PL was going to be picking nuggets off the floor once he reached the BC.

Since the rehab was "complete" why couldnt he just walk to the BC without the raise???

Maybe because the only way to it was caved in????? That doesnt seem to be a complete rehab does it?
