RE:How much everyone loose ?



I saw SGR has a cash cost of 1153$ per oz.

Since almost one quarter, gold price is over than 1200$ per oz.

SGR was supposed to be cash flow positive when Gibson proposed the NOI and

it the last two quaters Gibson burn almost 30M$ of the shareholder value.

Since the NOI annoncement, Gibson borrow almost 1.5M$ per month.

Why ?

The last 2.5M$ is for management bonus !

Assets exceeded the debt, and the mine is suposed to be

cash flow positive at the end of march.

SGR need a maximum of 25M$ to refund the DIP and increased production level.

Notes and Bonds partially or entirely, have to be exchanged in shares

to remove the interest load.

Then SGR will be profitable.

The sale process, is only to transfert cash to management friends,
in the form of contracts.
