It would have a chance if it was. PL cant find feasible gold but I think even he could find a tree on the property.

But one thing they are not is a rehabbed mine.

Fixing the timbers on 300-500 feet out of 7 miles of tunnel is like replacing your front door and saying your house is remodeled.
