Sure -anyone can file a complaint with the SEC. Just that most of the time it takes the SEC forever if at all to check these fraudsters out. You hear of a few getting it though. Enough complaints and they may look into it faster. you can also file a complaint with the State of incorporation.

Looks like Safershot maybe gone too. Looking for product and sent them a email came back undeliverable.
