I doubt there is any substantial talks or even a rumor of a buyout..If there was, we would not be sitting at 4 cents.
On that note, I cant even imagine what buyout price Frasier would consider. 10 cents? 20? 50?
Of course it all depends on the companies finances which we have absolutely no privy to
