JG36: That anyone is thrilled that this remains below $1 pre RS is unfathomable.

The brilliance of the RS is that it allowed them to get on the big(ger) board and thereby be a MANDATORY part of institutional funds that are required to hold the Russell stocks at the same % as the Russell. These institutions did not select to purchase NNVC, it was a factor of being in the Russell.

Many still believe these funds actively purchased NNVC based on analysis and DD. Completely untrue. At the same time, management was able to create the psychological perception of an increase in value (years ago they were at .80, but with all the progress and developments, they're now at $2.81..that's more, right?)

Actually, no, today's $2.81 is yesterday's .80. Still below $1 pre RS.
