I would prefer they utilize the Chrome investment/loan approach until oil prices recover

Do you have any information to suggest that the Chrome money is anything other than Offor getting in on the toxic death spiral debt where he gets to convert at 60 % of the SP as opposed to other shareholders paying full market price ??
