So wonder if 8K will be before market close, shortly after the close, before 9 pm eastern, 11:59Pm or not today at all, with a lame facebook update, saying that due to the pesky SEC and I-Hub posters an 8K will be impossible to submit at this time. BUT, we are hitting singles and will be on the NASDAQ before 2016!!! LOLOLOL

Hey whatever happened to the "Shareholder" that was to be named to the BOD months back?? I sent in my application and never heard back after my initial telephone interview.. : 0 ( .
