Outdated DD The False & misleading press releases almost from day one.
Recently regarding the "acquisition of Crane creek" Aug 2014
reported on in 3rd Q report(latest report) THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

And no disclosure of back door deal on Roads Unlimited LLP.
No disclosure on where the trucks are, if there are any, and who's company DOT they were using. Not verifiable. That is where it stands & nothing has changed.
