Dude, you need to look at the history of this stock. They've done 2 reverse splits in the last 6 months because they diluted it down to .0001/share with billions of shares outstanding - twice. This is the 3rd time. A lot of people got taken by this loser, I personally would like to get together a class action but we'll see how that rolls. Note this, the CEO and the other so-called officer pay themselves more than $250K/yr in salary.........the company doesn't even have a $100k in revenue so, they're basically selling stock to pay their salaries. All the stories about drilling for oil have either mysteriously disappeared without explanation or never happened. Its amazing the SEC hasn't taken action. Look at the SEC filings, you'll get the info you need.
