Leonard T. Nuara President,

Manages all aspects of the firm's day-to-day operations and the strategic evolution of the firm. Mr. Nuara co-founded TeraExchange while working closely with his founding colleagues on the development and protection of several proprietary trading software solutions. Mr. Nuara was formerly a Shareholder in the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig LLP in the Intellectual Property & Technology Group.

Prior to that, he was Chair of the Technology and Intellectual Property Group at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, where he represented numerous national and global corporations and financial institutions in a wide range of technology acquisitions and internet based transactions. Mr. Nuara is nationally recognized in the intellectual property field and has advised companies of every size regarding the intersection of technology and law.

He has a long history as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law since 1986. Mr. Nuara received an A.B. in Political Science, Economics and Computer Science, cum laude, from Boston College in 1981 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984.
