Compania Minera is a Wholly owned subsidiary company of Andes Gold. They bought the ownership rights from Compania Minera.

NWGC owns 82% of AGCZ.

If I own 100% of a Ford Dealership, I do not own Ford. If I own 100% of Tide, I do not own Proctor & Gamble. If I own 100% of Taco Bell, I do not own PepsiCo
