Hey I'm all for cutting 10% across the board for all government programs. Let's do it. Then cap spending for 5 years.

The cutting needs to be prioritized, taxes on the rich need to be increased and a minimum tax on large corporations needs to be implemented. Defense spending is ridiculous and should be cut well in excess of 10% while other smaller programs should be either completely eliminated or not cut at all.
