You can sell U R stock tomorrow for 5c. or wait and be lucky to get 1c once you lose this ruling if you can sell at all because the stock will then be technically worthless. You should at least be reasonable and sell U R shares just to be on the safe side. Clearly US legal precedent, which Judge Grewal is FORCED TO FOLLOW is not on U R side.
