Dunphy commented already. So did I. I will repeat what I said - if you process 30,000 tons of ore, you end up with just about 30,000 tons of tailings. Where does that volume of tailings go? Into a wormhole, transported to another galaxy? Nope, there is no equipment or technology that can magically make it go away. There is permitting needed for mining, there is permitting needed for storage of ore, for the storage of waste rock, for the processing area itself, and for the storage/disposal of tailings.

Here's another thought - let's assume that Joel "chipped" 30,000 tons of rock, which I don't believe, but let's assume it is true. All of that is ore? Not a speck of waste rock? Does that make any sense to anybody? And he characterized that whole pile of "chippings" with 3 or 4 samples? Real mining companies use geologists and mining engineers to take and assay hundreds if not thousands of samples, conduct extensive metallurgical testing, they do a feasibility study, and if that looks good, they start the permitting process.

Fake companies take a handful of samples, collected by an untrained/unqualified, lying pinksheet CEO. And then, no matter what the results are, they start chipping.....
