I hope not. Give us financials. Get listed as current on all trading sites. Start with a PR listing 2014 harvest results, hopefully with dollar figures. 1-2 days later issue another PR outlining their goals or company vision for 2015. 1-2 days later give an update on 2015 contracts/joint ventures. Keep the momentum going. They need to make this company say "invest into me" not "I may...or many not be legit".
