Read the Q in full, dont simply take talking points from it. It is all there in black and white. Of course they have negative earnings, they are simply in the start up phase. As production ramps up (which obviously it is doing) the negative earnings will turn to positive. Take a look at those "expenses". What were they? Are they recurring? It is important to be able to read a financial statement and analyze it.
