Based on all we know about what's happened in UK, US, Romania, Brazil etc.,
Does getting a big settlement from ZTE seem as unlikely as winning the lottery?!?!
Hasn't ZTE already made some low-ball settlement offers???
What about D-Link??? Just as unlikely???
You seem to be denying that Vringo is making ANY progress.... Like watching the winning lottery numbers and getting the first 5 numbers right and feeling that your chance of winning is just as unlikely even though you've only got one more number to go....
Bottom line: Vringo has gained the negotiating leverage over ZTE and ZTE is now in a world of hurt in Europe (especially UK) and Brazil and soon to be in US. That's hugely positive and makes the likelihood of settlement very high. D-Link settlement discussions already way and for minimal litigation expense (no lengthy trials).
Denial is a river in Egypt not an investing strategy.
