Please correct me if I'm wrong, but there are no stock sales attributed to Torvec insiders in years. If so, that's a great sign, especially with Richard Kaplan recent stock purchases.

Could a significant portion of current sellers be former insiders, employees or vendors that received shares as part of their compensation and/or payment for services rendered to Torvec? If so, can the number of outstanding shares in these categories be quantified?
