I think the original question was about a TSX traded company, which First Nevada is not. In fact, I am starting to wonder if there is even a real connection between First Nevada and Equitorial, since First Nevada is being touted as a subsidiary of Equitorial Exploration (TSX:EXX). It is described as an "option to own 45%" - does that mean there is no real, current connection between these two companies? An option to own is not the same as actually owning.

Equitorial does face some risk getting involved in unpermitted mining and processing - the TSX has a board composed of mining professionals that looks closely at activities by TSX-listed companies. If they get a complaint, and after reviewing the information, they can take action.

BTW, neither First Nevada nor Equitorial is licensed with the Arizona Corporate Commission to legally operate in Arizona. And Mining Global is not licensed as a contractor but who needs silly things like licenses to "chip a hill"?
