Equitorial does face some risk getting involved in unpermitted mining and processing - the TSX has a board composed of mining professionals that looks closely at activities by TSX-listed companies. If they get a complaint, and after reviewing the information, they can take action.
BTW, neither First Nevada nor Equitorial is licensed with the Arizona Corporate Commission to legally operate in Arizona. And Mining Global is not licensed as a contractor but who needs silly things like licenses to "chip a hill"?
