BB, you have put more time into sorting out this Radix mess than anybody. Don't you have some knowledge as to how to go after Brad? Maybe Chib is right: the money may be gone, but Brad can't like the prospect of being charged with theft or fraud.

Or, someone else who might know what really happened over at Radix? I still think former management might know something.
