I went by his location in LaMesa
Its 4700 spring st, la mesa CA, 91942

Its a small strip mall with apartments above it. There is NO facility or storefront/office. The apartments upstairs are not accessable without a gate key...I assume the mighty Entest Biomedical headquarters out of an apartment.
Google Entest....simple as that.
