The check will arrive as soon as ZTE decides that selling 4G phones and equipment in US, Europe, and Brazil is more important to them than $450m.

In other words, could be any day now....

IMHO, the most likely scenario is that ZTE prints up US$450m in US$100 bills and shows up at VRNG's offices in NYC with a forklift full of them to hand over in exchange for a global license. How long does it take to print 4,500,000 notes??? Couple more weeks maybe??
